RENTAL COST INCLUDES
- The elaboration of the general areas and the construction of utility networks according to the project,
- The interior elaboration in conformity to the standard interior elaboration package,
- Connection to the sewage and water supply systems,
- Consultation with an interior designer to choose a standard solution (premises in Part B),
- Connection to power network,
- Possibility to be connected to the constructed communications network and security services,
- Possibility to use the parking space by the building,
- Fee for the connection to the communications network.
RENTAL COST DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Changes in the construction work made according to the lessee’s wishes ( performance of changes and financing according to a separate agreement),
- Solutions of special communications network (the connection fee depends on the cost of the products and services offered by the provider of the communications service),
- Connection fee for the security service,
- Management, maintenance and utility costs.
The developer shall reserve the right to change the conditions of sale and lease.
